A stunning new $30 million model home collection has just been unveiled in the prestigious SkyVu community within MacDonald Highlands. With homes ranging from $2 to $6 million, this luxurious enclave already has 35% of its properties sold. The guard-gated community offers breathtaking views of the entire Las Vegas Valley.
The new five-home collection features open floor plans, private courtyards, spa-inspired bathrooms, and Tesla solar panels. SkyVu will eventually include over 100 luxury homes, each between 3,500 and 6,500 square feet.
Additionally, construction has begun on 51 multimillion-dollar homes in Henderson’s Ascaya development. The Canyon project by Blue Heron will feature unique “stacked flat” homes, with prices starting at $2.9 million and completion expected by mid-2025.
Henderson’s growth continues with Lennar Corp. purchasing 37 acres for $45 million to develop a new single-family residential community. Plus, the upcoming 100,000-square-foot retail center, The Cliff, in Green Valley Ranch will replace an old office complex, bringing fresh retail options to the area.
