Hiring is now open to fill about 1,200 positions at Durango Casino & Resort in the southwest Las Vegas valley.
A spokesperson for Station Casinos says the job websites have launched, and the company is rolling out a new recruitment campaign with billboards around Las Vegas.
A billboard advertises job openings at Durango Casino & Resort.
The resort is hiring at all levels and in all departments, including table game dealers, slot attendants, public area porters, housekeeping, security, and food and beverage for the front and back of house.
Third-party restaurants will begin hiring in the coming weeks, with job listings referred from the Durango job site.
Station Casinos says it expects to hire nearly 1,500 full-time team members by opening day, which is scheduled for Nov. 20.
No in-person hiring fairs will be held at this time, according to the company. All candidates must apply online via GetAJobAtDurango.com or, for Spanish, trabajaendurango.com.
The resort will feature more than 200 hotel rooms, convention and meeting space, 15 restaurants, and a resort pool, to go along with the casino and sportsbook.
