The Spring Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance—equal parts day and night—reminding us to find that same balance in our own lives. It’s a time for fresh starts and embracing all the energy that comes with the change of seasons. Whether you spend today reflecting or use the weekend to celebrate and get outside, here are a couple ways to welcome Spring!
The Equinox is a great time to check in with yourself. We’re now a quarter of the way through the year – time flies! 🗓️
How are all those New Year’s goals coming along? You might ask yourself, what has been working well for me so far this year? Where do I need to make changes to find more balance?
Take some time tonight + reflect on where you want to focus your energy moving into the second quarter!
And of course, nothing screams “fresh start” like a good spring cleaning! 🫧
Beyond just tidying up, think about what you can let go of—both physically and emotionally. Clearing out clutter, donating things you no longer need, and making space for new energy can be surprisingly freeing. A quick refresh of your space can do wonders, too. Open the windows, switch out decor and embrace the season.
At its core, the Spring Equinox is all about balance—between light and dark, work and rest, movement and stillness.
Take this as a gentle reminder to check in with yourself and find what works for you.
