Raiders and Rebels fans will have a new option for enjoying a pre- or post-game meal in Las Vegas.
In-N-Out Burger announced it will open its newest Southern Nevada location, at the corner of Russell Road and Polaris Avenue on Thursday, Aug. 31.
That means the fast-food joint, located directly south of Allegiant Stadium, will be sizzling burgers and mixing shakes in time for UNLV football’s season opener on Saturday.
The California-based company says the restaurant will employ 80 employees.
There will be a double drive-thru lane, along with a covered patio with enough outdoor seating for 88 people.
Operating hours are 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until 1:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Another nearby In-N-Out at the corner of Tropicana Avenue and Dean Martin Drive remains in operation.
