Nevada State Parks has implemented a new program with public libraries across the state that will allow you to get free admission into Nevada State Parks if you have a public library card.
The program launched January 1, 2023 and will be available during the entire year of 2023.
Library card holders will be able to check out a day-use permit pass for one vehicle with a capacity of eight guests or less. You will be able to check out the pass for a one-week period at your local library.
The pass will also cover any museum fees that would normally be required for entrance. This would include parks like Mormon Station, Buckland Station, Old Las Vegas Mormon Fort.
The pass is valid at all 27 Nevada State Parks! You can view a list of all the state parks here.
More information can be found at this website, or at your public library!
