North Las Vegas is upping their game with plans set for a mixed-use 19 acre development in the heart of North Las Vegas!
The mixed-use development is going to include retail shops, restaurants, medical offices, multi-family housing, and micro-business units. This development is meant to recreate the downtown environment of North Las Vegas, and bring more jobs, restaurants, medical offices, and small businesses that are much needed to the community.
The development will be east of the I-15 off along Lake Mead Blvd, and North of Las Vegas Blvd.
The North Las Vegas mayor, John Lee, and city council have been planning this development for over eight years, and they look forward to bringing a family-friendly, walkable, and lively community district to the city. With North Las Vegas ranking fifth on the list of cities in the United States with the greatest population growth since 2020, NLV is sure to need an upgrade!
Plans to begin construction have been set for as early as the first quarter of 2023, with expectations for the development to be completed late 2024!
